To build your cookbook we need to know how you eat, which sometimes includes allergies and health conditions. We treat that as sensitive: we use it to make your book, keep it so we can send you the same book again, and nothing else. We never sell it.
What we collect
- What you write about how you eat, and the profile you confirm: diet, allergies, foods to leave out, time, servings and meals.
- The name for your cover.
- Your order: the recipes chosen for you, your email address, the amount paid and the order number, which Lemon Squeezy sends us when you pay.
- Basic technical data our hosting keeps for security, such as your IP address, used to stop abuse of the site.
Your card details go straight to Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store them.
Who helps us
- Anthropic reads the text you write and turns it into the profile you confirm. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and sends your receipt, as our Merchant of Record.
- Vercel hosts the site, and Neon stores orders. Both are in the United States.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your order so your download link keeps working and we can send you your book again. If you want it deleted, write to us and we’ll erase your profile and order from our records, except what we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to hello@pageandpan.com. We answer within 30 days. Page & Pan is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
