Refund policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
Every Page & Pan cookbook is built for one person, from what they confirmed on our site, and delivered as a file the moment payment goes through. Because of that, we can’t take a book back the way a store takes back a sweater. What we can do is make it right whenever we got something wrong.
When you get your money back
Write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full if:
- Your book includes an ingredient you excluded on the confirmation screen before paying (an allergy, a diet, or a food you told us to leave out).
- Your file doesn’t download or won’t open, and we can’t fix it for you.
- Your book has fewer recipes than the number we showed you on the confirmation screen before you paid.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
When we don’t offer a refund
We don’t refund a book because you changed your mind, didn’t like some of the recipes, or entered something different from what you meant on the confirmation screen. That screen shows exactly what your book will be built from, and how many recipes it will have, before you pay. Please read it carefully.
How to ask
Email hello@pageandpan.com with your order number (it’s in your receipt) and a line about what went wrong. If it’s about an ingredient, tell us the recipe number. We answer within two business days.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Once an order is refunded, its download link stops working.
Your rights
Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country. By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver your cookbook right away and acknowledge that, where the law allows it, this ends the right to cancel a purchase of digital content.
