Terms of service

These terms cover your use of pageandpan.com and any cookbook you buy from us. By using the site or buying a cookbook, you agree to them. If something here isn’t clear, write to hello@pageandpan.com.

What you’re buying

A Page & Pan cookbook is a digital PDF made for one person. You describe how you eat, we show you what we understood and how many recipes your book will have, and you confirm it before paying. Most books have 100 recipes, a four-week meal plan and weekly shopping lists; the exact number for yours is shown before you pay. Your cookbook is delivered as a download right after payment, and the link in your receipt lets you download it again later.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and provides customer service for billing questions.

Allergies, diets and your health

Page & Pan offers general cooking guidance. It is not medical or nutritional advice, and it does not replace your doctor, allergist or dietitian.

We choose recipes by matching every ingredient name against the restrictions you confirm. We cannot know how a product you buy was made: brands differ, recipes change, and many foods carry traces of allergens or are processed alongside them. Always read the label of every product you use, follow your own medical advice, and check substitutions before you cook. Nutrition figures are estimates.

You are responsible for what you confirm on the confirmation screen. If an allergy or restriction is missing there, your book won’t account for it.

Your cookbook is for you

Your cookbook is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You can print it, keep copies on your devices and cook from it with anyone you like. You may not resell it, share it publicly or redistribute it. The recipes, text, photos and design belong to Page & Pan.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Page & Pan is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the site or of a cookbook, including reactions to ingredients, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the day you made it.
